Managing Defective Articles and Customer Returns

Handling Defective Articles

  • Inspection: Upon receiving our jewelry, inspect each piece carefully. If you find any defects, report them within 7 days of receipt.

  • Documentation: Take clear photographs of the defective items and provide a detailed description of the issue.

  • Return Process: Contact us at contact@www.maayaz-wholesale.com with the order number, photographs, and descriptions. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

  • Storage: Store defective items separately from sellable inventory to avoid confusion.

Customer Returns

  • Your Return Policy: If you do not have a return and refund policy of your own, here are some guidelines to help you implement one :
    • Return Period: Allow customers to return items within 14 days of purchase.
    • Condition: Only accept returns for items that are in impeccable condition and unworn.
    • Documentation: Require customers to provide their order number or receipt and a reason for the return.
    • Return Process: Instruct customers to bring the item and receipt directly to the store for an exchange or refund. Alternatively, if they prefer to mail the item, inform them that shipping fees are their responsibility.
 
  • Defective Products: If a customer purchases a defective product, provide them with a replacement immediately. We will send you the replacement item in your next order to ensure you have sufficient stock.
